About Us

Ken Rosengren is a Real Estate Planning Advisor, Broker, business owner, educator, and community advocate serving Vancouver, Southwest Washington, and the Portland Metro area. Since entering real estate in 2006, Ken has helped thousands of families buy, sell, invest, and make confident real estate decisions.

With Lucido Global at Keller Williams Premier Partners, Ken helps buyers and sellers at every stage of life—from purchasing a first home or selling and moving up, to investing, downsizing, and navigating senior or family transitions. His approach is simple: understand each client’s goals, educate them on their options, and create a plan for what comes next.

Before real estate, Ken spent more than 20 years as an Executive Chef and culinary instructor. Today, he brings that same passion for leadership and service to his community through programs supporting foster youth, local teens, Alzheimer’s awareness, and local nonprofits.
