Pets
From a young age, I have been passionate about working with animals. At twelve, I began volunteering for the Berkeley Humane Society, walking dogs and helping in the cat rooms. Throughout middle school, I spent my free time volunteering at the Milo Foundation and fostering animals in need. I graduated from Chico State in 2016 with a B.S. in Animal Science, completing internships at the university's dairy, sheep and goat units, and the Kirshner Wildlife Foundation. After graduation, I volunteered at Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in South Africa. Back home, I worked as an adoption counselor at the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA, and later at a holistic veterinary practice. In 2019, I completed the DogBiz Dog Walking Academy and became certified in canine first aid/CPR. That same year, I founded Pawsitively Paws, built on positive reinforcement techniques and the DogBiz Code of Ethics. We are proud to provide professional, compassionate care for your pets!
